Pricing

All prices are  in USD (United States Dollars) But you can pay in CDN funds by checking out without paying and sending me an email. I will then invoice you for your order in CDN funds. Almost all our items can be taken at par. The only exception is when we are held under contract to sell at a different msrp in CDN funds.  We want you to pay in the currency you desire, with the same great prices.
All Canadian orders are subject to 5% GST  and some are subject to 7% PST (for Ontario residents) .  Tax exempted items from PST are cloth diapers, covers, training pants and children's clothes.If our shopping cart charges pst when it shouldn't have we will refund the money immediatly.

We offer convenient shopping online 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week through our secure shopping cart. We accept  Paypal; which allows you to pay using your credit card on directly from your bank account.

Shipping

All instock items will ship within 24-48hrs. We strive to get your parcels out quickly as possible and in most cases things are in the mail the same day.

At this time we can only ship to Canada.

Oversize Lettermail - $2

 $0.01  - $49.99  = $8.00 
$50.00 - $99.99 = $9.00
$100.00 - $149.99 = $10.00
$150.00 - $199.99 = $11.00
$200.00 and more = FREE

Oversize letter-mail- If you are ordering a single pocket diaper, cover, single insert, wetbag, etc; you may be able to receive it with oversize letter-mail. It is much cheaper but not insured. The item has to be able to fit in a large oversize yellow envelope and measure less than 2 cm in width.  The client assumes the risk of this type of shipping because of it not being insured. We cannot be held responsible for lost/damaged parcels. Please choose this option at check out . If you are not sure if it can be sent lettermail please ask; alot of items can be sent this way. 
Recently we were able to send 1 pocket diaper and 1 insert for only $2. It doesn't hurt to ask about this method!

Local- We offer free local pick up! If you live in the St Lawrence Seaway (between Ottawa and Cornwall, Ontario, Canada) and you would like to pick up your parcel; please contact us and we will set up a convenient time.

 Packaging

Whenever possible we like to use recycled packaging which helps the environment and helps cut down on costs.  This means that your parcel may arrive in a clean box that was meant for another product. It is very important to us to reduce, reuse and recycle.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products all sales are final. However if you feel your item is defective we wil be glad to assist you. Slings are the only items that are refundable. If you have ordered the wrong size please contact us and we will do our best to get the right size for you. All costs of returning the sling are the responsibility of the customer.

Your privacy is important to us. We will never sell, give out or publish your information to anyone.
